This Privacy Policy explains how OfferzGo (“OfferzGo,” “we,” “us”), 12 Garden Street, New York, NY 10001, United States, handles personal information in connection with our website offerzgo.com and the Payout Close Kit (the “Product”).
1. Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you buy the Product, Paddle collects and processes the information needed for the payment, such as your name, email address, billing country and address, payment details, and tax information (for example a tax ID or exemption certificate, if you provide one). Paddle processes this information under its own Privacy Notice.
We never see or store your full card number or other payment card details.
Paddle shares with us the order information we need to deliver the Product and manage your license, such as your name, email address, company name, country, the product purchased, the amount paid, and the order or transaction number.
2. Information you send us
If you email us at contact@offerzgo.com, we receive your email address, your name and any information you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to handle your request (for example a delivery issue or a refund request).
3. Business contact information
We may send a single email to accounting and bookkeeping firms in the United States, using a business email address that the firm has published on its own website or in a professional directory. Each email identifies OfferzGo and explains how to stop receiving messages. If you reply “STOP,” or ask us by email, we will not contact you again and we keep your address on a suppression list only to honor that request.
4. Cookies and website data
Our website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or other tracking technologies.
When you open the checkout, the checkout is provided by Paddle, which may use cookies or similar technologies needed to process the payment and prevent fraud, as described in Paddle’s Privacy Notice.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical information in server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of a request) to deliver and secure the website.
5. How we use information
- to deliver the Product and manage your license;
- to reply to your messages and handle delivery or refund requests with Paddle;
- to keep business, accounting and tax records;
- to protect our website and Product against fraud and misuse;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not send you marketing emails after your purchase unless you ask to receive them.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for orders, payments, receipts and refunds;
- service providers that help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, only as needed to provide their services to us;
- authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Order records may be kept for longer where needed for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons;
- stop contacting you.

Our website and Product are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
